March 2026 Horoscopes

March 2, 2026, 10:45 a.m.

In March, we're getting to know the things that we don't actually have the time or energy or will to do. These happen to be the things that we try to rush through.

This March will be the first time, since 1998, that we will feel the full force of Saturn being in Aries. Why do I say that? Because this March will be the first time since the spring of 1998 that we see the Sun come to join Saturn in the sign of fast decisions and speed.

Saturn is the planet of stillness—if not stillness, then at least slowness. The Sun makes everything move faster. When certain planets get closer to the Sun, they start to move faster and Saturn happens to be one of those planets. The issue? Saturn does not expect to and nor does it want to move very fast.

You never really feel the full force of Saturn's power until you try to rush it when it doesn't want to. When Saturn goes at its own pace, it can seem like such a mellow influence. It's constructive, slow, and patient. Only when you try to rush, Saturn starts to spell out exactly where your limitations are. It does not beat around the bush. Saturn will not allow you to just "get it over with" real quick. If you truly have no will to do something, if you truly just do not have the energy or resources or interest, then trying to do it faster to get it out of the way will not make a difference. Saturn typically removes the things that you do not have time for from your life. It delivers relief by way of removal.

In March, we're getting to know the things that we don't actually have the time or energy or will to do. These happen to be the things that we try to rush through.

Urgency doesn't give us more time. It doesn't expand our patience or our resources. We can't force more out of ourselves just because we think we should. Urgency just teaches us to stretch our resources, to comply when we don't want to. Urgency is the fantasy that we can solve our problems by simply moving faster.

Of course, all of this Aries action in late March puts more pressure on Mars. Mars enters Pisces on the day of the Lunar Eclipse in Virgo (March 3rd). Mars does not confront retrograde Mercury, already in Pisces, until the last day of the month. Mars wants to see what the Sun and Saturn are doing in the next sign over because it happens to be Aries's caretaker but it can't. Planets can't see into the next sign. Mars feels some hidden influence from Venus in Aries because of the fake mixed reception but it can't see where that support is coming from.

Whenever we see a lot of planets in adjacent signs, we should look for a third planet to act as translator. The planet that acts as translator, who helps us make sense of everything that goes on, in March is Jupiter. Jupiter stations direct in March.

Jupiter in Cancer is simple—it's about increasing what you understand. As you increase what you understand, you increase your emotional intelligence and your capacity to care.

Jupiter in Cancer challenges Saturn in Aries. As you clarify your expectations of yourself, as you accept your limitations and base your expectations about what you can do on what you can understand, Jupiter enlargens your empathy. The urgency that you feel isn't just stress or you giving yourself a hard time. It's a wayward expression of care.

When you think about priorities and what yours may be this March, try to avoid questions around how much time you think you have and what currently feels most urgent. Instead, clarify your assessment of your capacity based on what you understand most deeply. Give the things that you understand most deeply the most priority in your life. Time is just a measure of attention. Understanding produces more of it. You will always have enough time for what you understand and too little time for what you do not understand.

March may have you feeling like you're doing too little when you're actually doing too much. Instead of thinking about time in terms of hours or minutes, define your boundaries around what you know. You already know a lot—enough to find your priorities.

Pisces March 2026 Horoscope

For the next three years, you're going to be figuring out how to understand your financial life with clarity.

How you approach your finances will depend on who you are and how old you are. If you're a millennial like me, financial stability has probably felt out of reach for you since day one. You have three financial crises right there in your memory bank and an acute sense of what loss feels like. You have more skills around navigating precarity than stability.

The way that you approach money in life will also depend on how you receive nurture. Your willingness to ask for help is impacted by how consistently you have been able to receive support in your history. This history is something that you know in your bones. You can predict yourself because you understand yourself.

I don't really have any financial advice for you but I do have some words as someone who just lived through three years of Saturn transiting my own second house: money has nothing to do with pleasure. We don't spend money on the things that we like. We create the things that we like—love, art, fun, food, and life. Money is for the everyday cruelties—rent, bills, emergencies, and insurance. Give back to Caesar what is already Caesar's. You can't buy pleasure. You have to make it yourself.

Aries March 2026 Horoscope

March is going to be about staying disciplined at home. Weirdly enough, we tend to think of home as the place where we don't need discipline. Home is actually the root of structure in our lives.

The time that we spend at home can all kind of blend together. Same goes for the spaces in our homes. Have you looked around and suddenly realized that you have been using the foot of your couch as a laundry hamper? That you've been using your cat's tree as a storage bin or that you've started to use your bed as an office?

Order at home doesn't mean that you make your home look like some home that you saw in a magazine once. Order at home means that you're dedicated to the life that you're living, that you value the habits that you already rely on. Order at home means that you know yourself enough to understand that you will need to do the dishes in stints or that you don't have the capacity to cook all of the chicken in the fridge at once. You can predict yourself because you know yourself.

Our relationships with people who we live with tend to get all blended up because a lot of us assume that home is the place where we don't need boundaries. We assume that our partner who we live with is available all the time—they're not. We tolerate a lot more from people who we share home with than in other relationships. And, yet, boundaries start at home.

Questions for Aries for March 2026:
What is one boundary that you're like to set around your home to protect it?
What is one boundary that you'd like to set with someone you live with?
What is one boundary that you'd like to set with yourself when you're at home?

Taurus March 2026 Horoscope

As March challenges you to think about the magnitude of your impact and the purpose of your days, I want you to think about your sense of mobility. I want you to think about your sense of safety in the streets and how you feel when you navigate public spaces.

Your ability to feel like you can move around in the world has a direct impact on how you imgine your impact. Your ability to walk down the street and go places impacts what you know and who you get to know. Your ability to hang out in places outside of your own home, not just working or doing anything in particular but just hanging out, impacts the size of your imagination and your expectations about freedom. Your ability to be yourself in your own neighborhood impacts how connected you feel to the world outside.

In March, you might spend time facing fears that you didn't know you had. Go outside. If you struggle with mobility, if going outside hasn't been a priority in your life, start small: learn to ride a bike, explore a train line that you haven't before, or learn a driving manuever that you haven't yet. Try to see how far you can walk. Be outside without a goal in mind, in a public space that's underutilized.

Don't get too in your head this March. Your psyche isn't internal and it isn't stored inside of your organs. It's outside. You live in your psyche because it's your environment.

Questions for Taurus for March 2026:
How do you get around?
Where can you hang out?
What is the weirdest thing that you have observed just moving around outside?

Gemini March 2026 Horoscope

March is going to be a really great time to do something that gives you a sense of accomplishment. No, it doesn't need to be perfect. You don't need to be perfect to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Finish something—a book, an essay, a painting, a project. Let yourself do it. Let yourself finish it. Once it's done, it's done. You can move onto the next thing and you'll always have this thing, this random accomplishment, to remind you that you can finish something.

Only after you have finished something, often years after, can you evaluate it. You simply don't know whether a project is worth your time until you get it done. That's because you don't know what it looks like yet. Unfinished, it could become anything. Don't let one thing become anything and everything. Finish it and let yourself try multiple things.

After you finish your thing, you will feel half satisfied and half dissatisfied. Your satisfaction is your awareness that it was hard and your dissatisfaction is your awareness of your potential that you have not explored. You will look at this wayward, funny thing that you accomplished later and remember who you used to be. You will learn to celebrate imperfection today.

Questions for Gemini for March 2026:
What is one task that you have left unfinished?
What is your inner critic telling you about this unfinished task?
What happens if you tell your inner critic that you have enough time to finish it at your own pace?

Cancer March 2026 Horoscope

Teach a class. Get all of your friends together and teach them something that you've been learning or have known for a long time. You don't need institutional permission to teach. Hell, you don't even need a classroom because the best lessons are learned outdoors.

You never really know what you know until you challenge yourself to go teach. That's because you can always see what more there is to learn. So, you underestimate your knowledge about things that you know really well and overestimate your knowledge about what you don't know very well.

Teaching isn't just a job. It's something that every living being does as a way to extend time. Cats teach their kittens how to do all of the little things that make them cats—wash their faces with their paws, pounce, and purr—don't die in one generation but extend across history. The same goes with humans. We teach and we learn. Our knowledge about how to be humans extend beyond a single generation.

You don't need to be employed as a teacher to teach. You don't need to teach a specific skill either or feel like you have to give your students something that will help them get a job. Teaching is just an expression of your humanity.

Questions for Cancer for March 2026:
What was your favorite class as a kid?br> Why?br> What space do you want to step into and transform into a classroom?

Leo March 2026 Horoscope

Go on a research trip. Get some friends together and learn about a place that helps you gain some context. Alternatively, go visit a place where you used to live and no longer do. Research your old relationships and see what you couldn't before.

March is about perspective and travel brings a lot of it. That first step that you take off a plane—you're somewhere else! You're literally far from everything that you worried over before you started your trip. The world is big because we are smaller than we think we are.

If you can't travel right now, then get some scale another way in March. Learn about something really big: the whole history of a species, the many interpretations of a religion, the life of trees. Then, learn about something small: the three precise words that you use to describe trust, the very minute the early morning turns into late morning, the little sprout that's just starting to come out in the early spring.

Think big but side with the small. When you engage with scale, you're studying the surrealism of your level of power. This is the one thing I learned in sculpture class—scale is perspective. It changes based on your imagination.

Questions for Leo for March 2026:
What makes you feel big? What makes you feel small? What does that tell you about your level of power?

Virgo 2026 March Horoscope

As you examine your oldest relationship habits and think about what makes you feel okay being yourself in your relationships, try to figure out what usually makes you feel safe in friendships. Look at the patterns around how you usually seek out friends and closeness and study your emotional needs. If you have ever fallen out with a friend, try to understand what happened and why.

For the past few years, you might have started to see the differences between yourself and people around you much more clearly. Because you must remain yourself, you can't go along with just anything in relationships. You have specific needs and boundaries and those specific needs don't have to look like someone else's and they're also not static.

Safety in friendship will sometimes feel simple. You want people who will watch out for you, who don't forget to text you back, who laugh at your jokes and celebrate you when you do cool shit. Safety in friendship will sometimes feel contradictory. You want to feel close to people but you suddenly get spooked when someone notices you or needs you. You want social accountability from people you trust but then you disagree with the feedback that you get.

Your sense of safety in friendships can't be diagnosed from standard issue templates about what makes a friendship "good" or "bad." Your sense of safety will come out of what makes you feel like yourself. A safe friendship can still challenge you in multiple ways but you should not feel guilty about being yourself.

Questions for Virgo for March 2026:
How do you tend to meet friends and what does that tell you about how you seek people?
What makes you feel like yourself in friendships?
What do you know to be true about yourself in friendships?

Libra March 2026 Horoscope

In March, I want you to think about agency and commitment. Depending on how you were socialized, you might have been taught that your real adult life only begins once you have marry the person, the one person, who you give your undying support to. You might have been told that you do not reach emotional maturity until you learn to be the support person for someone else. Depending on your culture, you might be treated as a child until you marry.

That's a load of bullshit.

Yes, we do learn a lot about ourselves in partnerships. But you also learn about yourself when you ride a bike, when you have many different relationships, when you spend time with yourself, when you protest, and all kinds of ways. Being married is simply not our one, sole measure of emotional maturity in life.

In March, I want you to enjoy the level of commitment that is already there for you and available in your life. Because our culture is so dedicated to self optimization, we usually think about "more" when we think about commitment. That's a lot of pressure. But commitment isn't something that you have to milk. It's what has allowed your body to consistently rest up. It's all of the things that you don't even think about anymore because you don't need to worry about them.

Questions for Libra for March 2026:
What are the relationships that you never have to worry about?
What have you learned about commitment in those relationships?
What rules about commitment did you have to unlearn in your relational history?

Scorpio March 2026 Horoscope

In March, you'll probably be expanding on your ideas about what you can and can't get away with.

For some reason, we're not told all of the little social rules about what we can get away with. We see other people doing things with a carefree attitude that we know that people would blame us for if we tried it. We get away with things that other people do not. We grow up and find out that a lot of what we thougth we needed to do is bullshit. And we struggle to find ways to evaluate our power.

As you explore and figure out more on what you can get away with, you'll probably learn more about where your motivations come from. Your life isn't made up of rules about what you can or cannot do. Contrary to popular belief, you don't get a sense of energy from restriction or perceived lack. Your fears and hunger don't give you energy. You get energy from one thing and one thing only—food and freedom.

In around three years, you'll come to a reckoning point about your overall purpose and goals. Right now, you will give yourself permission to experiment. Get excited about something, just to commit but just to try. Act mischievous. In March, you are Dennis the Menace.

Questions for Scorpio for March 2026:
What makes you feel naughty?
What makes you feel free?
What are the similarities and differences between your responses to the two above questions?

Sagittarius March 2026 Horoscope

In March, watch for limerence. Because the Sun and Saturn transit at a trine to your sign this month, you'll feel a lot of urgent desire to do what you want. Passion! Feeling like you have a crush on the world is a lot of fun and you should have it. But also—

Ground yourself in your daily routines. I've watched you, Sagittarius. I know that you don't exactly have a strict daily routine. You don't poop in the morning. You get up, put the combat boots on, and head out the door before you even know where you're going. Sometimes you eat breakfast and sometimes you don't.

Part of the reason why you are so open to passion and limerence is because you set up your days so that you're up for almost anything. I want you to feel passion and to trust it, for infatuation to be a playfully safe place for you. So, enjoy your life but find something that looks like a routine. Your body has a big impact on your mind and it needs to trust when food and sleep will come before it allows you to truly enjoy your excitement. Without trust, excitement can feel just like risk—thrilling and scary.

You never have to trust each and every person and the whole wide world to be open to love. You just have to know yourself, your own needs, habits, and patterns. That's the difference between a fun crush and a debilitating one. You know what you want and can predict what you might do.

Questions for Sagittarius for March 2026:
What stays the same about you whether you're in love or out of love?
What is one way that you give to yourself even when you're stuck on a crush?
What do you trust about yourself?

Capricorn March 2026 Horoscope

In March, I'd like you to think about safety and labor—about how safe you feel when being of service or when you are helping other people.

Because you are a Capricorn, you might have a keen sense of what it's like to contribute the majority of the work in a group. You might know what it's like to be the person that other people rely on. You might wear the burden of being the person who others derive safety from with half pride and half tiredness.

Your sense of safety in your work doesn't really hinge on getting back what you put in. You understand that society must be just but that our personal relationships will never be transactional. You are willing to give more in some relationships and to receive more in others because every relationship is different. Your sense of safety in work doesn't come from apathy either. You want to contribute, to help out, because you care. That's not going to change.

Your sense of safety at work does rely on you understanding the risks, figuring out how much risk you can tolerate with coworkers, and leveraging collective power. Your sense of safety at work depends on how honest you can be when you are working. You will feel safer doing the work that you do when you understand what is yours to do and what is not within your role.

Questions for Capricorn for March 2026:
What is work that is yours to do?
What is work that is not yours to do?
How do you know this?

Aquarius March 2026 Horoscope

In March, you're challenged to approach your friendships more slowly. I know, I know. You just get so excited when you meet someone who you think you can be friends with. You share all the same interests. You think that they're so cool and you want to talk their ear off to let them know that you think that you're basically the same kind of person.

But friendship takes time. Closeness takes time. You can't rush it because there isn't a good shortcut to trust. And you can take your time because that's half the fun.

Even with someone who you just know that you will get along with, you can take the time to really get to know them. Figure out your pace of conversation, how it feels to have conflict even when you thought that you shared one brain cell with this other person. You're never really under attack just because someone who you thought was the same kind of person as you happens to disagree with you. You just feel out of sorts because you didn't give yourself enough to time to realize that you're two separate people.

When you take more time to get to know your friends, you get to have more time together. When you get close too fast, you sometimes don't have the trust built that will allow you to sustain the intimacy that you have made together. It's not anyone's fault. It's just about taking your time—so take it.

Questions for Aquarius for March 2026:
For you, what is the difference between proximity and intimacy?
What is the difference between similarity and comparison?
Who in your life are you almost exactly like but also completely different from?
